The communication between senders and receivers is not clear after sending the funds and causes confusion for both in terms of where and why the funds are blocked or what are next steps to proceed.

When sender sends funds
They need to submit some documents
Currency value needs to fixed during the send
When receiver needs to collect it
They need to submit some documents
Sending and Receiver should communicate through platform to manage funds
Status management - sender & receiver will be different
Every status has conditional next status

Create mocks of how the sender and receiver will perform above actions & what would be the ideal status flow
Prepare the requirement document (PRD)
